is a broker-dealer centric relationship management tool.

How does it work?
Issuers register company information on JapanWorks
exclusive DealFlow Manager. Once registered the
issuer
can post deal opportunities and associated collateral.
They can monitor
interest and activity on those deals (number of pageviews,
executive summary downloads, etc.).
Investors register company information and investment interests/profile
with the DealFlow Manager. Once registered, partners
can view and screen deals, download detailed information,
and request additional data and meetings.
The DealFlow Manager is an efficient tool to
introduce information to
a broad investor/partner base. Underlying the introduction,
registered broker-dealers have provide the necessary
relationships and expertise to make the deals happen.
Relationships
are a critical success factor that brokers must take seriously.
For example, investors join
the DealFlow network on an invitation basis and all
issuers must be screened by their associated
broker-dealer.
